Refund and cancellation Policy

• Should RIA Tourism cancel the trip for any reason, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and a full refund will be provided or credit for another trip will be granted. Notice of cancellation will be provided by e-mail to your registered email address.

• If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Up to 60 calendar days before the trip: 100% of the total amount is refundable

  • 59 days to 31 calendar days before the trip: 50% of the total amount is refundable

  • 30 calendar days or less and no shows: no refunds will be given
