Refund and cancellation Policy

• Should RIA Tourism cancel the trip for any reason, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and a full refund will be provided or credit for another trip will be granted (client’s choice). Cancellation must be given in writing and any credits given are valid for 12 months.

• If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Up to 30 business days before the trip: 90% of the total amount is refundable

  • 29 days to 7 business days before the trip: 50% of the total amount is refundable

  • 6 business days or less and no shows: no refunds will be given
